the member of parliament for Homa Bay town Hon George Kaluma has come out to announce that he will be rejecting any offer for ministerial seat in Ruto’s goverment ahead of the expected broad based goverment.

As reported by people daily, George Kaluma on his tweet has disclosed that he is not ready for and ministerial seat and that he will be rejecting any offer he will be given. According to Kaluma, the role of representing people bestowed upon him by his constituents is more important than ministerial post.

“I don’t want to be Cabinet Secretary. Nothing is more powerful than the role of representation our people have entrusted to me. As a leader, I always pray for a stable Kenya founded on the National Values and Principles of Governance – Article 10. God bless Kenya,” Kaluma stated. His announcement is coming in at a time when president William Ruto is being expected to name the remaining cabinet secretaries.
