In a candid interview with Ngugi Wa Karanja, renowned gospel artist Carol Mwaura revealed her puzzlement over why men are hesitant to date her, despite her beauty and success.
Mwaura, a mother of two boys, expressed that while she is single, she is open to mingling.
During the interview, Ngugi Wa Karanja, among other men, mentioned that they feel intimidated by Carol because she appears to be a high-class lady.
Adding to this, Carol shared that she lives in a three-bedroom house, which may contribute to this perception.
Mwaura also opened up about her close friendship with Dada Sarah, a comedian known for his performances as a traditional African woman. Despite being male, Dada Sarah has become like a brother to Carol.
She fondly recalled times when Dada Sarah took care of her, washing her, clothing her, and even taking her to the hospital when she was unwell.
Their strong bond is rooted in their shared careers as both comedians and gospel artists, highlighting the deep friendship they’ve cultivated.
