Speaking today at Mukami Kimathi’s funeral, Raila Odinga exploded in front of President Ruto, rebuking officials who had claimed to have opened servers. Senator Methu of Nyandarua has been called out by Raila for not asking him to open servers while responding to him. Senator Methu recently asserted that he had the servers Raila was seeking for and that he had already unlocked them.
According to Senator Methu’s statement, Ruto had won the election and Raila should hold off till there is another general election.
Additionally, Raila has issued a warning against oppressing people for exercising their rights. He has criticized the leaders who believe he should terminate the protests because Kenyans are merely defending themselves.
But it’s beneficial that Hon. Raila Odinga should demonstrate to his supporters what nonviolent protest looks like. What we have seen thus far is a bloody altercation between citizens and police officers.
