If you are a social media user you must have come across 90k ka Msoo at some point. He is a renown Kikuyu Benga musician and a social media influencer who is always well grounded to be distracted by naysayers.
90k is known for wearing wood Clothes, metal clothes and all other funny attires while performing which leaves kenyans happy. Some hours ago he was in an interview with Jeff Kuria where he gave out the reason he called himself 90k and why he decided to wear those clothes.
According to him, he ren away from oljororok his hometown after he lost a certain rich man’s caps which were worth 90,000. When he went to studio he decided to associate his name with the what had happened and the name became permanent up to date. On changing his dressing code he said that he did that because of Kikuyu Benga musician Samidoh Muchoki who is also a renown Kikuyu Benga musician.
He explained that his voice was very similar to that of Samidoh to a point people thought his first song belonged to Samidoh. He therefore decided to be a bit different to avoid the similarity with Samidoh and he started wearing differently which worked very well and also appeared like a comedy which attracted many more fans.
