Bradley Marongo, nicknamed Gen Z Goliath for his height, has shared a video of him singing a Bongo song, but his voice disconcerted his supporters.

The video depicted Bradley lounging in a lush garden wearing his trademark basketball jersey. The Vihiga-born influencer wore headphones while listening to I Miss You by Rayvanny and Zuchu.

“Hivi bado una hasira, bado unanichukia, bado una kinyongo, Moyo wako ulisha zira, bado unaninunia, hivi bado una usongo, Kusema bora tuachane ndo kauli inayoniuma kila nikikumbuka,” Bradley sings.

The video caught the attention of many Kenyans, with most saying that he should stick to being an influencer.

However, Bradley defended himself by saying that, unlike many artists, he does not use autotune.

“This is my original voice, unlike many musicians who use autotune.”

Here is what Kenyans said about Bradley’s voice:

wakoh: “Sauti ya kurudisha nyoka pangoni.”

wa_c.h.i.r.a: “Where is David to kill that talent?” Tonniempole: “That talent should remain hidden.” ni_ngesh: “We should collaborate on a song.”

remcy_don: “Who has broken his heart?

Savage love.” wan.d.a_: “You might think he’s holding a phone, but it’s a 17-inch TV.”

Trudykitui: “The way I’m laughing, I might not make it to heaven.”

Mrkkmwenyewe: “I will sign him.”

absolute_.zzero: “He has a good voice on mute.”
