Azimio coalition leader Raila Odinga has received a huge boost after the High Court declined to stop his Azimio mass protests after Kenya Kwanza leaders filed a case to stop the ongoing demonistrations.
According to the report, Justice Ong’undi declined to stop Azimio mass protests claiming that the court has no authority to force police to ensure peaceful processions and assembly.
Azimio coalition leaders had demanded the police officers to provide enough security during the processions so that their mass action demonistrations will be peaceful. However, some leaders from the Kenya Kwanza side accused the Azimio team that they can not hold peaceful demonistrations thereby filing a case seeking to stop their mass action demonistrations.
This is now a huge boost to Raila Odinga who has declared that his mass action demonistrations will be happening twice a week so that the Kenya Kwanza government can succumb to their pressure of lowering the cost of living.
In the today’s demonistrations goons have invaded Uhuru’s land thereby destroying huge sums of properties some also gained access to Raila’s East Africa Spectre Limited Company where they destroyed properties.
