China Square has won big following the latest report about goods worth millions of money. According to reports, Anti-Counterfeit Authority (ACA) Executive Director Robi Mbugua Njoroge stated that a Kenyan based company that had accused China Square of selling counterfeit Finder Tools withdrew its complaint. Ksh 50 millions was seized by the government something that resulted to closure of the China Square.
According to ACA, the request was made upon confirmation that the goods seized were sourced from the same manufacturer and international brand owner of Finder Merchandise. The ACA conducted investigations on the claims upto the point where the government decided to return the good seized by the government.
ACA on the other hand also urged the members of the public to avoid falling prey to counterfeit products so as to avoid such issues from happening again. More details will keep on emerging as deputy President Rigathi spilled is awaited to reveal the final stand.
