Traffic officers in the country have been taking advantage of and exploiting innocent Kenyans, especially motorists. Further, the government, through EACC, has been tracing and apprehending some of the police officers in the country. Also, some government officers who have been looting and stealing public resources are still moving freely without being summoned or even apprehended by EACC.

According to the source, finally, the EACC boss has broken the silence and sent a strong warning to all traffic police officers who have been stealing from innocent Kenyans in the country. Through his statement shared by a well-known source this hour and at the same time circulating on social media, Twalib Mbarak, who is also the boss of the Ethics and Anticorruption Commission, has warned all traffic police officers against taking bribes from Kenyans. He has also asked all motorists to be very careful and report all rogue police officers by taking photos of the said officers and sending them to him. He has also added that no police officer will be allowed to take advantage of and steal from Kenyans.

These are huge blows to police officers who like taking bribes from motorists, as the government has confirmed what will happen to them.

This just came in after some traffic officers were arrested for taking bribes from motorists yesterday.
