Set boundaries
Setting boundaries is one way to survive in a toxic environment.
Making people understand what you can tolerate and what you cant make it easier for people to approach you.
Do not accept just anything.
Call out the person
Unlike Koome Gitobu, do not wait till you leave the company so that you can expose a toxic person.
Call them out so that they can know they are doing something wrong.
Tolerating toxic people makes it look like you accept what they are doing.

Report to the management
Most companies have a policy in which one can report harassment.
This is mostly done through the human resource department. Trouble comes in when the toxic person is in a position of power.
Some people feel like they won’t get justice but what is the harm in trying.
Reporting such a person might save someone else from going through the same.
It is better to have tried than not to try at all.
Leave the place
In some instances, the only solution is to leave that environment, especially if you have the advantage of getting a job elsewhere.
