Preparing homemade beef samosa is easily achievable in your kitchen.

To prepare beef samosa, you are required to have the following:
Ingredients
500 grams beef
Two Onion
100 grams Parsley
Eight Samosa Sheets
One teaspoon of Salt
One teaspoon of Ground Black pepper
One teaspoon of turmeric
Oil
Preparation
Step 1
Cut the meat into centimetres chunks and grind them with a grinder.
Then put the minced meat in the grinder again and grind it twice.
Step 2
Wash parsley a couple of times until it is clean.
Then put them in a colander to drain the excess water.
Now transfer them to a tray and chop them.
Step 3
Peel and chop the onion then put a pan on the heat and add two tablespoons of oil.
Then saute the onions in oil over medium heat until they get translucent.
Step 4
Add chopped parsley, salt, black pepper, and turmeric to the meat, and saute them until the aroma of the spices is released.
Pile the ingredients on Samosa Sheets and fold the sheet two or three times in a triangular manner.
Step 5
Put a frying pan on low heat and fill it with liquid oil.
When the oil starts to heat, add your samosas and fry them for about five minutes until golden brown.
Once ready place them on a paper towel to dab excess oil.
When ready serve with any drink of your choice.
