In this charge, the governor has been accused of employing, promoting relatives and favoring them in foreign trips. Though Most senators disagreed that the charge had not been proven. Only 5 senator thought so.

It was one of the most shallow charges given less weight. Most senators disagreed with the county assembly.

  1. Charge 4: Illegal Appointments.

It was the second charge that nearly send her packing with nearly half the senators siding with the assembly. The governor also had difficult time answering questions pertaining to this charge.

  1. Charge 5: Contempt of Court

Here, the governor had been accused of not adhering to a court order that demanded that she reinstates some sacked officials. Most senators disagreed with the assembly.

6: Charge 6: Illegally Naming a Road After Husband

One of the charges given less weight. Most assembly Members disagreed with the county assembly.

Here, the governor had been accused of not honoring county assembly summons.
