Honourable Rigathi Gachagua has explained that he is willing to sit down and have a talk with honourable Raila Odinga.He stated that international communities and religious leaders have requested him to have a discussion with the former prime minister.This is after Azimio la Umoja One Kenya Alliance has been holding demonstrations in some parts of Nairobi and Kisumu.
The deputy president recounted different times that honourable Raila Odinga has allegedly used violence to get to power.He stated that honourable Raila Odinga has used violence in the past to get a share in government including this time round.He added that Raila Odinga has used a strategy of destruction of property to force himself into the government.
Honourable Rigathi Gachagua revealed that he is willing to sit down and discuss with Raila Odinga.However,the deputy president added that he will not discuss with Raila Odinga about his forceful entry into the government.
