A devastating accident occurred on Sunday morning along the Nakuru-Eldoret highway at Everready area, shaking the community as a trailer, reportedly having lost its brakes, rammed into two matatus belonging to Ngata Sacco. The collision resulted in the tragic loss of over five lives.
Eyewitnesses at the scene described the horrifying impact, with wreckage scattered along the highway.
Amid the chaos and grief, a disheartening incident unfolded as a section of residents took advantage of the situation. Seemingly unfazed by the tragedy, they began looting maize from the trailer involved in the accident.
