It’s indeed good news to All KCPE Candidates of 2023 class following the emergence of reports that the High Court has this afternoon ruled that the Form 1 Selection Exercise will continue as planned. This is after a group of aggrieved KCPE candidates and parents wanted the exercise to be halted claiming that the KCPE results weren’t authentic.
According to the report by NTV on Wednesday, the High Court Judges ruled that the Petitioners didn’t submit sufficient evidence to prove that the KCPE results were marred with errors. Nevertheless, National Assembly had earlier treated with drama after Education Cabinet Secretary Hon Ezekiel Machogu skipped a grilling session where he was expected to answer more questions regarding the KCPE results of the 2023 cohort.
