Hours after President William Ruto’s remarks of fostering payment of school fees via the ecitizen, high court has allegedly delivered Unfriendly news to him.
As relayed, High Court has suspended government’s directive of paying school fees via the ecitizen.
In the ruling, High Court’s justice noted that a reliable plan should be installed in a way that would not affect parents who are unable to access the ecitizen.
This comes in line with the petition that was filed by Nakuru doctor seeking to challenge the government’s directive to have school fees paid through the ecitizen.
Apparently, this is a major setback for president William Ruto’s Kenya Kwanza government which had been seeking to integrate most of the services online.
