The Kenyan Government has today broken silence with an afternoon powerful directive targeting Kenyans inhabiting varied local and regional destinations.

Addressing via the National Transport and Safety Authority (NTSA) today the 26th day of February 2024, the Kenyan Government has ordered all Kenyans who applied for Smart Driving licenses, reflective number plates, and logbooks as at 21st February 2024 to visit NTSA centres.

The Kenyan Government has intimated that Kenyans entitled to visit the NTSA centres are strictly those who received an SMS notification indicating that the Smart Driving licenses, reflective number plates or logbooks they had applied for were ready for collection.

The Kenyan Government has directed Kenyans who made the aforementioned applications to visit the specific NTSA centre where they made the applications at so that they can collect their respective smart driving licenses, reflective number plates or logbooks.

“Thousands of Number Pates, Smarts DLS and Logbooks remain uncollected at NTSA. We humbly request all clients who made service applications and have as at 21st February 2024 and have received SMS notifications to collect their reflective number plates, logbooks and Smart DLs at the centres they identified during the application process,” statement from NTSA dated today the 26th day of February 2024 read.
