Gordon Opiyo has reacted to the appointment of Martha Wanjiru Miano .
Martha Miano was appointed as a member of the Board of Directors of the Micro and Small Enterprises Authority for three years. Therefore, the appointment of Adan Sheikh Abdullahi was revoked.
On this, Gordon Opiyo has congratulated Martha, saying that she did the right thing by not being part of a Scheme that has been planned. He therefore urged that there is need to do right even if it hurts in the short run
Kenyans have reacted to Gordon Opiyo’s post with some of them congratulating Martha Miano. However, others alleged that being a Member of the Board means she is not entitled to salary but allowances only. They added that despite the appointments, nothing will change the hearts of the people from the mountain. Instead, the ground will be more hostile.
