The deputy president of the Republic of Kenya has joined the head of state President William ruto who is still fresh from his China tour in a signing of the health bill that is expected to take effect immediately.
Also present at the meeting is the cabinet secretary in charge of health is Susan Nakumicha and a host of other leaders a drone from a different parts of the country.
At the signing of the bill bringing to Life the controversial affordable health which has become a major concern following the abolishment of the National Health Insurance fund by President William ruto.
According to President William, ruto with a new form of payment will not only benefit the less privileged in the society but will open doors for health insurance providers in the country.
President William ruto recently noted that his administration will come up with a new formula where all Kenyans, regardless of their status in the society, will be forced to pay the health insurance.
