Neno Televangelist Pastor James Ng’ang’a is a happy man after a fraud case against him was withdrawn.
The man of God was today photographed leaving the Milimani Courts after his case Ks 3.6 million fraud case was withdrawn by the complainant before senior resident magistrate Nyamu Wandia on October 14, 2021.
Dressed in a royal blue suit and mustard-coloured shirt, the apostle strolled out of the courtroom and was swamped by photographers.
In the case, the preacher denied obtaining from businessman Wickson Mwathe Sh3.6 million at his church office in Nairobi county six years ago.
Court documents say Ng’ang’a took the money from Mwathe on the pretext that he was in a position to lease him a residential house at the upmarket Karen Estate in Nairobi.
He was arraigned after losing his bid to stop his prosecution.
The prosecution says Ng’ang’a committed the offence on April 6, 2016 at his office on Haile Selassie Avenue, Nairobi.
