Just weeks after he celebrated his 70th birthday in style, the self proclaimed blackest man in Africa left the country to United States to enjoy his vacation.Machokaa gave his fans a glimpse of his US tour and he shared lovely photos while enjoying his vacation, in the photos he stepped out donning Shabana Fc jersey and white Kaki trouser and he captioned, Some places can be beautiful, but we must always give it to the boys and girls who get dirty to make it all green and gorgeous.The acclaimed radio presenter noted that being there gave him a hypnotising feeling due to the serenity around.Before becoming a media sensation, the 70-year-old was a police officer who dumped firearms and boots in exchange for microphones and cameras.Fred Machoka’s influence extends far beyond his role as a presenter. He has been a mentor to countless presenters, artists and has played a pivotal role in shaping Kenya’s music industry for 40 years.
Away from the media glare, Machokaa owns a multi-million getaway hacienda in Isinya called Fred’s Ranch, which is patronised by top politicians and celebrities.
