Top lawyer and senior Counsel Fred Ngatia who represented President William ruto during a case that was filed by the former prime minister at the Supreme Court in 2022 Fred Ngatia, has been dropped by the former deputy president as part of his legal team.
This letters development is happening at a time when the former deputy president is and now expected to get legal representation led by Paul Mwite and other lawyers in a case that has been scheduled for this week.
According to sources, the former deputy president now claims that the interest of the two parties is not a favorable, and therefore, he thought it was to drop him from his legal team.
The former deputy president is currently battling a case in which he was replaced by the former cabinet secretary in charge of interior and national coordination Kithure kindiki, who was recently sworn in as the next deputy president.
He is seeking to have his impeachment overturn, saying that it did not follow the legal procedures as required by the Constitution of Kenya
