Former LSK President Eric Theuri has faulted DP Gachagua’s press conference yesterday where the DP took time to defend himself from the allegations waged against him in the tables impeachment motion.
According to the former LSK President, there are many allegations that the Deputy President may find difficult to respond to by the manner he has trivialized the entire matter.
“There are some allegations that he will have a problem dealing with. The problem is that every rumour has been put into the motion.” Stated the former LSK President.
Eric Theuri has further argued that the problem with the Deputy President is not being unable to meet the threshold but conducting himself in a manner that is not fit for the holder of the office. “The Deputy President has spoken and behaved in a way that is not fitting for someone in that position. He has associated with politicians in a manner that the office holder should have handled better.”
According to the former LSK President, the Deputy President has rubbed shoulders with most of the politicians and that explains their deep hatred for him. The Deputy President will appear today before the National Assembly to defend himself from the accusations.
