A local publication reports that a former cabinet secretary who failed to make it back to the Ruto administration has of late been in foul mood.

The cabinet secretary was dismissed together with others by the president who was initiating new changes and aimed to form a broad based government.

Details indicate that the man was known for always parading his power during his time.

After he was dismissed and missed out when the president made his first batch of appointments, the former CS is reported to have mobilised some few people who arranged a press conference to plead for him to be appointed.

However, the press conference yielded no fruits as his name was missing when the president nominated the second batch of Cabinet secretary nominees.

Those in the know are now claiming that the former cabinet secretary is now in foul mood after he missed being nominated.

“But the move evidently backfired as the individual failed to feature in the second batch of CS nominees announced by President William Ruto on Wednesday. The ex-official is reported to be in foul mood,” the Star reports.
