Ezekiel Apindi presented the Jah Rise show on Kiss TV before losing his job. The TV host was unable to pay their rent, so they ended up on the streets and tried in vain to get assistance.

But recently, a content producer launched a new initiative to help Apindi get off the streets and improve his life. To assist Ezekiel Apindi, a former TV host who is homeless, Kenyans have banded together.

When he was discovered homeless in Ongata Rongai in 2022, his predicament gained international attention. Prior to Kiss TV’s debut, Apindi hosted the Jah Rise program.

The dreadlocked former TV celebrity then claimed that he had been homeless for three years after being evicted by his landlord for nonpayment. Prior to being hired by Kiss TV, Apindi, who is also a singer, revealed that he was a street kid.

He attributed his problems on voodoo, saying that his potential media career had been ruined by jealous people. “Witchcraft is now very common.

I’m on the streets because they don’t want me to go very far. Positive and negative energy are at battle, yet it can be difficult to receive treatment because there is no evidence.

He added that he was open to job options and asked a well-wisher to construct a house for him. Content creator Timothy Wanjau discovered Apindi on the streets of Rongai and tried to assist him.

He sung a little and started crying when I first met him. As he told me how I brought back memories, tears streamed down his cheeks.

I respect that he is enthusiastic about the things he loves. I gave him some cash so he could eat for a few days and purchased him food, clothing, and shoes.
