Since taking over the Judiciary, Chief Justice Martha Koome has been doing well. Although she has had plenty of challenges dealing with high profile cases, she has been waving through all those challenges with her sober ruling and now, that is what is expected as eyes are on her after Kenyans waking up to a deal between workers unions and NSSF.

According to the Daily Nation, workers with superior pension schemes could be exempted from higher contributions to the NSSF if a deal between workers union and NSSF is endorsed by Chief Justice Martha Koome’s Supreme Court tomorrow.

For now, the fate of those workers is at the hands of Koome and other Supreme Court Judges and thus, workers will be praying that the CJ and her team will be on their side, something that will help them much at this time of economic crisis and high cost of living in the country.
