Eric Omondi rededicates his life to Christ saying that his gift is to preach the word of God
At a friend’s funeral service in Kitale Catherine who died in a road accident after their vehicle plunged into a bridge along Ngong road, Erick the popular comedian took a step of faith to rededicate his life to the lord. The clergy laid hands on the controversial comedian who had dedicated his life to Christ back then on 8th August 2001.
When he was called to upon to share his tribute he said, ‘’I gave my life to Christ on 8th august 2002, and the pastor was encouraging me to serve with pastorRachael at the choir, I taught Catherine in Sunday school, and at the service when I met pastor, the only thing he told me was that I need to rejuvenate, reevaluate and rededicate my life to God, I usually say that God has given me two talents, one is to make people laugh and gift is to preach the gospel.’’ He said.
He promised that he will always serve God. Eric Omondi moving closer to Christcomes as a ray of a changed man. The pastors available were called to sound him as they prayed for him and help him in his new walk with Christ.
