The Kenya Kwanza government under the leadership of president William Ruto and his Deputy president Kithure Kindiki has been criticized for encouraging extrajudicial killings that have not been solved.
Well, Former interior Cabinet Secretary during former President Uhuru Kenyatta government Fred Matiang’i who is a presidential candidate in 2027 had this message to Kenyans he said and i quote,
“The cold blooded murder of Albert Ojwang is heartbreaking reminder of urgent need for reform on our criminal justice system. No one deserves to be denied due process. Taking citizens life law is mot only unjust but funder mental violation of human rights.
Albert was a young man full of promise a beacon of hope to his family and the pride to his parents. His life was cut short in a manner in a manner that has shocked the coincidence of the nation and demands accountability. ” Fred Matiang’i is among leaders who want justice done immediately.
