Embu East OCPD Emmanuel Okanda has broken his silence over the death of an aged woman who was allegedly murdered by unknown people.
Mr. Okanda has today revealed that police officers noticed that her body was mutilated and blood all over.
” We received reports concerning the death of an elderly woman from Nyaagari village in Embu East. Our officers arrived there and noticed that her body was seriously wounded,”’ He said.
He however affirmed that DCI officers based in Embu are on with investigations and will be giving a detailed report once the probe is over.

The 80-year-old was reportedly killed on the 25th of this month. Speaking from his office in Embu, Okanda also informed the media that the woman went missing 2 days before his death.
