ODM Secretary General Hon Edwin Sifuna who doubles up as Nairobi Senator has reacted through his official twitter page minutes after the court refused to stop Azimio Wednesday Maandamano against president William Ruto’s government.
He urged Kenyans to come out in large numbers during Azimio protests on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday to protests the high cost of living against the kenya kwanza government.
“The Court has refused to stop maandamano as requested by Kenya Kwanza through surrogate petitioner Martin Gitau.Tukutane Wednesday, Thursday na Friday”. Said Senator Edwin Sifuna.
Remember that president William Ruto is on record saying that he will not allow Azimio Wednesday Maandamano against his government. However, Azimio are also saying that maandamano against the high cost of living will continue despite the threats by Kenya Kwanza government.
It’s now a matter of wait and see what happens in the coming hours if president William Ruto and Raila Odinga will come to an agreement and end Wednesday maandamano or not.
