Earlier today, Education Cabinet Secretary Ezekiel Machogu issued a directive that teaching on schools should begin at 8a.m and end at 3.45p.m.This included designated break times.
In a statement, the Education CS directed heads of schools to ensure that hours of teaching account for a total of 6 hours.
