The head of state, Dr William Ruto, and other government officials have been working tirelessly to ensure that they meet some of the demands raised by the gen zs during their demonstrations. The gen zs pushed the head of state, Dr William Ruto, until he dissolved his cabinet. On Wednesday, the head of state listed second batch of his cabinet which has raised more reactions among Kenyans and other keynote politicians.
Today the second in command, Hon Rigathi Gachagua, breaks his silence on the decision made by the head of state to appoint the orange party chairperson as the incoming cabinet secretary of finance. According to the second in command he appreciated the former cabinet secretary of finance, Prof Ndung’u, for his efforts. He also added that as Mt Kenya region they are proud of him and his efforts he made during his tenure.
