Doja Cat says she’s quitting music after Paraguayan fans called her out for not showing enough love to their country while she was there.
The fans stalked her to her hotel, expecting she greet them but got angry instead and proceeded to bash her, using racial slurs.
In a set of now-deleted tweets posted by Doja on March 24, the Californian rapper said she was thinking of quitting rapping. She was due to perform at Asuncionico 2022 – Music Festival Wizard in the South American country, but was unable to do so due to a major storm that caused flooding and major damage.
Fans claimed that she ignored them after she tweeted about her show in Brazil.
“I don’t think I gave Brazil a good enough show tonight at all and I’m sorry for that but thank you guys for coming out I f–king love you and thank god we got another show tomorrow I promise I’ll do better. 💕,” she wrote
The 26-year-old “Say So” superstar told that she’s “quitting” the music industry following the incident.
