According to details shared, the boy identifies himself as Cyrus Kiptoo. He is currently in Narumoru town in Kieni East.
According to what he said to the well-wisher, he came from his home area in Mlango Moja of Uasin Gishu county some years ago.He remembers his mother as Pauline and his dad as Kiplagat.
