The English of musician Naseeb Abdul Juma aka Diamond Platinumz in the second part of the movie Young Famous and African created different opinions among his fans.Under a video clip of the film published on Instagram, some fans were seen making fun of him for speaking English while others were seen congratulating him for trying to speak English himself.Just hours ago, Media personality Caroline Mutoko finally jumped onto the bandwagon and watched the popular continental series Young, Rich & African for the first time.
Although the former Kiss 100 breakfast show presenter did not seem like she enjoyed the programme, the strides made by Bongo superstar, Diamond Platnumz to improve his fluency in English did not go unnoticed by Mutoko.
“Fell into this mess. Never again. Because weh! And the person who taught Diamond English deserves an award, what a difference from Season 1,” she said in May 23, on Facebook.
” I don’t really have a favourite. I’m trying to keep up with the storyline; it changes sooooo fast. You go to get water and when you come back there is a full-on fight, people are doing trailer proposals, Annie is breaking up and making up with Skwanky and 2baba is a bad, bad joke. I’d have to watch again to find a favourite. Let me recover from the twists & turns,” she said.
In one of the scenes in the movie Young Famous and African, bongo star Diamond Platnumz was seen lovingly kissing Ghanaian musician Francine Koffie aka Fantana.
“I thought I was the best at kissing, until I kissed Fantana,” Diamond said about the kissing incident.
He noted that Fantana’s kiss was more than a kiss.
“He wasn’t kissing me, he was eating me!” he said.
Diamond made it clear that the kiss of the Ghanaian queen was the best he had ever received in all the 32 years of his existence.
