Speaking to probation officer Andrew Kanyuta, Monica’s mother bitterly broke into tears while remembering her daughter.

She said according to the law, it is natural that anyone who takes another person’s life in such a cruel manner should undergo the same fate of death or rather capital sentence.

Monica’s mother who has suffered stroke and depression due to her daughter’s death said that the only punishment for Jowie is capital punishment since it has been six years and the pain is still alive and fresh in them.
