Patrick Kaguta Githendu, the majority shareholder of Co-operative Bank and Vice Chairman of Co-opholdings Co-operative Society, has passed away. The bank announced his death on February 4, 2025, in a statement that mourned the loss of a distinguished businessman and long-serving board member.
