The Judiciary has affirmed that the executive arm of government is Independent and the Judiciary doesn’t have a role to play. There has been an effort to link the Judiciary but that has not succeeded despite opposition efforts.

The Judiciary has been under fire from the opposition since they declared president William Ruto as the duly elected president of Kenya. It’s clear that the issues of the executive are being accused on the Judiciary something that’s not true.

The Chief Justice Martha Koome has affirmed that the Judiciary will always carry it’s functions independently. It’s obvious that the High Court of Kenya has stopped the CASs from assuming office or earning salaries until the case on their appointment is heard and determined.
