Former commissioners of the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) have been exposed over their whereabouts after they faced hot atmospheres after the August general elections. Former IEBC Deputy Chairperson Juliana Cherera led the four controversial commissioners to resign after the Kenya Kwanza Alliance team pressured them.
However, former prime minister Raila Odinga has revealed that Juliana Cherera and her colleague Irene Masit are hiding in the United States of America. The Opposition leader said that the two former Commissioners went to hide abroad to get healed from post-election havoc.
Mr. Raila Odinga talked Amid the ongoing Bipartisan talks between President William Ruto-led Kenya Kwanza Alliance administration and the Azimio la Umoja Coalition. The Opposition included in the agenda the reformation of the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission. Among other agenda proposed by the Azimio la Umoja are lowering the Cost of living, restoring subsidies, and others.
