Firefighters Tuesday morning contained a fire that broke out at a commercial building along Mfangano Street, Nairobi.
Police said no injury was reported following the fire that broke out at about 6 am.

Witnesses and police said the fire affected Sunbeam Shopping Complex and it emanated from a hotel on the third floor.
Cats that have been feeding in the hotel were seen rushing out of the structure as the fire spread.
Fire engines rushed there moments later and managed to contain the spread.
Property of unknown value was destroyed. The cause of the fire is yet to be known, Nairobi acting police boss James Mugera said.
