‘Slay’ a highly anticipated Nollywood film about women aka slay queens who target wealthy men, has been returned to Netflix.
In April, Ghanaian artiste Wendy Shay called the Slay producers out for using her song as one of the soundtracks without her permission.
She claimed her song called ‘All For You’ was used without permission.
The film was released on Netflix on March 26 with Idris getting acclaimed reviews and mistaken for being a Kenyan in a poster seen by this writer..
After the issue was resolved Netflix has restored the film to its platform.
