Brian Chira’s grandmother became a trending topic on social media last week after she claimed that she wanted to sell her house due to concerns over security. The late TikTok star’s grandmother revealed that the area she lived in had been plagued by insecurity, and she was contemplating selling her home to relocate to a more secure place. The suggestion sparked mixed reactions online, prompting her to clarify her position and explain the situation.

In a candid conversation, Chira’s granny emphasized that her decision wasn’t driven by financial hardship. “Money is the light of everything. When you have money, you can put out tight security,” she explained. She reassured her followers that she had enough funds and was not planning to sell the house due to a lack of money. Instead, her concern was safety, and she was offered the option of installing an electric fence to improve security, but she felt that moving was the best solution.

She also addressed the generous support she received from a fundraiser, stating that she had wisely set aside the funds for her youngest grandson’s education. “We even have school fees for Chira. I’m not selling the house because of money. I have food for my kids,” she added. She made it clear that the money from the fundraiser was reserved for his future, as she had big plans for his education and hoped he would attend university.

In her emotional message, Chira’s granny invited friends of her late grandson to visit, expressing her loneliness and longing for their company. Despite the controversy surrounding her intentions, her heartfelt explanation demonstrated that her primary concern was the well being of her family and her late grandson’s legacy.
