Jojo was convinced by Val to attend Brian’s birthday party at some club in town. Jojo was initially reluctant but she agreed to go on condition that she will be accompanied by her boyfriend Jayden. And at the party, Jojo made Brian quite happy since she went to sit next to him and Jayden was at first no where to be seen. This made Brian think that Jojo is interested in him.
At some point, Jojo took the stage and stirred the crowd by presenting a sweet love song which Brian thought it was dedicated to him. However at the end of the song, Jojo rushed past Brian and hugged Jayden who had arrived at the party, something which left Brian offended.
When they sat down, Brian and Jayden exchanged bitter words and rose to confront each other in near fight which made Jojo to interven and she stood between them to avoid the fight. It also forced the other classmates to stay alert to separate the fight between Jayden and Brian which revolved around Jojo.
