Senator Bonnie Khalwale is a grateful man after one of his sons survived a grisly accident on Tuesday, February 4. This is the second time Khalwale’s children have survived an accident.

In a Facebook post on Wednesday night, the senator revealed that his son, Tigana Khalwale, was involved in a horrific crash at Ainabkoi along the Eldoret-Nakuru Highway.

Photos obtained depict the vehicle’s front end completely wrecked, with a damaged windscreen and a front bumper broken in half, barely attached to the car.

Much of the impact was concentrated on the left-hand side of the vehicle, where the front section before the door was completely damaged. The side mirror also sustained significant damage.

Images further reveal that the car’s bonnet sustained extensive damage, appearing visibly bent inwards from the force of the collision. The damage extended to the front section of the roof, with the area near the windscreen visibly broken and bent downwards.

Reports indicate that the vehicle’s left-hand side airbag deployed upon impact, though it remains unclear whether the driver-side airbag was also activated.

Despite the harrowing condition of the car, Senator Khalwale confirmed that his son emerged from the accident completely unscathed. “He came out of this accident unscratched! God is good!” said Khalwale, adding, “God is good!”
