Speaking to Taifa Leo, he said he couldn’t report it because of fear that the rapists could come up with fabricated charges against him.

“Ninasita kujitokeza kuwa nimebakwa. Hapa nchini maafisa wa polisi hawawezi wakaamini. Kitu kingine jamii haiwezi kukubali kwamba nimebakwa. Mambo yatapinduliwa kwa kuwa watu watauliza mwanamke anakubaka aje?” said the father of four.

He narrated on one occasion how he carried a passenger who had a furniture that she wanted ferried to an apartment where she stayed.

When they reached the building, she said she could not carry the piece of furniture because it was very heavy hence she requested for assistance.

When he carried the furniture to the house, she locked the door and demanded that he sleeps with her, failure to which she shouts.

“The agenda changed immediately we reached her house. She locked the door and demanded that I sleep with her”, he narrated.
