In the last episode we saw Amelia planning to go out with Lexy in attempt to have more free time and bond with her daughter Lexy, whom lately haven’t been having the good of relations. Amelia unfortunately had dislocated her leg and that means going out wouldn’t be happening again.
The poor mother can now only walk using her crutches with the help of Lexy her daughter. Lexy after escorting her mother to a seat where she can rest, she momentarily forgets and calls Maureen to bring over juice for her mother Amelia.
It’s at that moment that Lexy realizes that Maureen ain’t around as she had been chased away mercilessly after Lexy realized she has been keeping a murderer in her house whom she had thought initially was an ardent loyalist of hers. Amelia tells her she understands her point of view saying it is normal.
Amelia goes on to tell her that Maureen was like family to them and that is why Lexy can’t get her out of her head easily. She even goes on to tell Lexy that from the look of things she will need to find to find another maid as soon as possible. Now Lexy who has been listening asks her mother if they can bring back Becky at their mansion to work for them.
Amelia gladly declines saying she has several friends who can always stand for her and that would bring about conflicts between Moh and her sister Becky. Amelia now tells her with finality that Lexy is only left with three options and that is to do everything all by herself, or to go look for a new maid servant or the last one she is supposed to bring back Maureen back at the mansion.
