Embakasi East MP Babu Owino has come out guns blazing to criticize the closure of former Nominated Senator Millicent Omanga’s business.
This follows the post on her social media pages about the raid on her business by people believed to be from the Nairobi City County Government.
In her post, Omanga claimed the Governor Johnson Sakaja led adminstration was behind the said raid and subsequent closure of her business, which she says has all the required licences and permits.
Omanga claimed that Sakaja was out to intimidate her after she recently commented on the state of the county following the audit queries raised by the Auditor General.
While weighing on the Sakaja- Omanga feud, Owino asked the Governor to keep off the former senator’s businesses.
According to Owino, the raid on Omanga’s business is frivolous, malicious and vexatious.
