Azimio la Umoja one Kenya Coalition on 26th August evening isssued a new directive to all it’s supporters after the former prime minister Raila Odinga landed in kajiado.

Speaking via the coalition’s twitter handle dubbed Azimio TV, the coalition called on supporters to join them from Enkasiti in kajiado.

The coalition’s leaders led by the veteran opposition leader have attended the 22nd annual inter ministries union conference.

“Join us from Enkasiti in Kajiado County, for the 22nd Annual Inter-Ministries Union Conference”, the statement reads.

This comes a day after the former prime minister Raila Odinga exchanged words with deputy president Rigathi Gachagua at a memorial service of brigadier Kiboko in nyandarua.

It should be noted that Gachagua slammed the coalition for promoting violence which normally leads to destruction of properties and loss of lives.

In response, the veteran opposition leader ruled out a handshake with Ruto’s Kenya Kwanza government saying he’s not pushing for government sharing as DP Gachagua claims.

Raila as well threatened to resume mass action demonstrations should bipartisan Committee fail to agree on the issues raised by opposition.

As a result, the national dialogue committee agreed to discuss IEBC reform, cost of living, embedment of office of official opposition leader and that of prime cabinet secretary into constitution among other things.
