Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua’s ally, Kaba Methu, has humorously called for the arrest of Kamau Jackson, a social media personality, following Jackson’s recent controversial post.

Jackson shared an artistic depiction of himself as a Mau Mau freedom fighter, portraying a half-naked, heavily hairy figure. The image has sparked mixed reactions online, with some praising his creativity while others criticizing the portrayal as inappropriate.

Methu’s lighthearted remark, “Someone arrest Kamau Jackson before things get out of hand,” added a playful tone to the ongoing debate. However, the post has also reignited discussions about Jackson’s unshaved facial hair, which has been a topic of criticism in recent weeks.

Critics argue that his unkempt appearance is unprofessional, while supporters defend it as a personal choice and a nod to his unique style.

Jackson, known for his bold and often provocative posts, has yet to respond to Methu’s comment or the backlash. The Mau Mau-themed artwork, however, has drawn attention to his creative expression and the historical significance of the Mau Mau movement in Kenya’s fight for independence. As the conversation continues, Jackson remains a polarizing figure, blending humor, history, and personal identity in his online presence.

Reactions:

“We have already replaced you with Dr. Oburu pale kwa Senate so that you can fully focus on the opposition activities led by the Wamunyoro conman.” James Mugo said.

“Kaba Methu Senator Nyandarua. Now you feel it, but you were celebrating when the president was depicted in so many cartoons,” Kibet Moi stated.

“A car horn is used to warn people of impending danger, which is why you see so many of them when welcoming a bride into your family. Some things can be understood without a degree.” Kaboom spoke.
