The Jubilee Party is in a serious crisis, one that could cause it to disintegrate and permanently lose its status as the country’s dominant party. President William Samoei Arap Ruto and his Kenya Kwanza Alliance administration have gained the support of a number of Jubilee politicians who had previously sided with the outgoing president Uhuru Kenyatta. The group headed by individuals such as Hon. Sabina Chege and Kanini Kega also wants the Jubilee Party to leave the Azimio La Umoja One Kenya Movement.
In order to give bad news to the former president Uhuru Kenyatta, the embattled Jubilee Party Secretary General Hon. Jeremiah Kioni has finally spilled the beans. The Jubilee Party is going to be ejected from the Azimio, Hon. Jeremiah Kioni reportedly admitted on Spice FM radio. This is bad news for former president Uhuru who backed Azimio presidential candidate Hon. Raila Amolo Odinga in the most recent elections.
