The foundation has been set by former Interior CS Fred Matiang’i to seek the presidency of the nation in 2027.
During the administration of retired President Uhuru, the man who was dubbed “super CS” enlisted the help of an internationally renowned lobbying firm to advance his candidacy as Kenya’s sixth president.
Dickens & Madson, a Canadian firm, will receive Sh32.5 million to represent Matiang’i in international organizations and the executive and/or legislative branches of the governments of strong nations, such as the US, UK, Japan, Kenya, and any other mutually agreed upon nation or nations.
On the other hand, Matiang’i will devise a plan locally to counter the powerful coalition that Ruto and Raila Odinga have formed.
